ATTENTION to chronograph watch collectors ! Extremely rare 2nd generation Omega Speedmaster CK2998-3 no crown guard chronograph!!! No Reserve !!
Here is an used 2nd generation Omega Speedmaster no crown guard men's chronograph watch, cicra. 50s, reference no. is CK2998-3, serial no. is 17764171, this particular model was used by NASA's Astronauts of various Apollo missions during the early 60s, 100% original and authentic, overall in good condition, the width of the watch is about 41 mm across (including the winding crown) and 47 mm from top to buttom, below is an approximate analysis:
- Case = original stainless steel mid case is overall clean, no rust or corrosion
- Caseback = original caseback is clean with some wear, factory writing and "Seahorse" logo is visable, no rust or corrosion
- Crystal = original Omega acrylic crystal is clean
- Dial = original black dial is in good condition with some aging, luminous marker has aged to an even yellowish patina, all writing is visable and clean
- Hands = original steel dauphine hands are clean with some wear & are in good working condition, luminous is in matching yellowish colour; original dagger shape chrono hands are of the same era and has some wear
- Bezel = original tachymetre bezel is overall clean with a few minor wear
- Movement = original Omega signed Cal. 321 manual wind chronograph movement is in good running condition; all chronos are working correctly and can reset back to zero, not recently timed, regulated or pressure tested, not guarantee for waterproof
- Winding crown = original Omega signed winding crown works correctly, can wind and set time
- Band = comes with a matching generic black leather strap
This is a very collectible 2nd generation Omega Speedmaster CK2998-3 chronograph watch, if you want a nice sport watch, this is the watch for you
