I just reread my previous post, as I was advised, and to tell you guys the truth, I saw absolutely nothing offensive about it. There was humour and wit and thats about it (except rgoldberg, thanks, I didn't realized Chuck looked so good). Really some of you guys need to get a life!! or rather you should get a better watch. I'd recommend the latter course first. For the ones that doubted I actually have the watch, trust me, your only dreaming. If someone can tell me how to attach a picture to a post, I'll give you a picture of the watch and receipt if needed. I disliked that holdemchamp 1225 showed such sour grapes at me being the first to claim ownership on this forum. Very unsporting indeed. For some respondents, you really deserve nothing less than Chuck reposting his pics of his valjoux split second speedy, case back removed, if possible. I'd make you all admire that masterpiece for an eternity.

Wow, I'm mentioned twice in the same message! Reminds me of the song ("I don't know") the Blues Brothers covered where Jake Blues (John Belushi) sings:
"What'd I do to p¡ss you off, this time, baby?"

... especially considering I've only responded once to a post of 's.m' previously, and that was to congratulate him and offer assistance if wished to get pictures here.

It'd be mildly amusing that I can get someone's mind churning so wildly, by doing nothing, that they go out and spend $10k+ so they can go off on multiple rants... ...at least it would be mildly amusing if it weren't such a sad commentary on the quality and quantity of their self-esteem.

I'd think by now people would realize that if I got upset every time some rank⁴^,⁶(adjective, both definitions work...) newbie poseur wannabe got his/her bowels in an uproar because his/her F. Piguet movement failed on him/her and proceeded to have numerous hissy fits directed at me, I wouldn't be the cheerful fellow I am...

I want to thank Keith. You are an oasis of civilty in this wilderness. I think the extra treament the movement number receives and its prominent positioning on the movement did call for notice and comment. I thank you for making some allowances for the fact that I was beside myself after purchasing this splendid time piece.

One has to wonder about the sanity of people who make an exception for one person (& I presume themselves) then essentially calls every other participant here an uncivilized barbarian pr¡ck and then proceeds to slam the forum as being akin to a Jungle. What an interesting strategy to win people over to their point of view!
I do know that I couldn't possibly type anything that is a better expression of this individual's character better than his/her own words and actions.
