Note the pushers on the UG,
The black bits are rubber, they aren't
screw-down although the crown is. Also note that
the Pushers on Valjoux 72's have less space from
Crown to the 2 o'clock pusher than from the
crown to the 4 o'clock pusher. The case on the
UG is also more asymetrical than the Moonwatch
case.
  The
asymetry of the case on the UG is most notable
